Practice 03 · Operations Automation

The desk work runs itself. A person keeps final say.

Most automation fails in one of two ways: it never ships, or it ships and embarrasses you. Our answer to both is the same. Every system we run drafts, and a person approves. We run our own firm on these systems before we run yours on them.

Our flagship operations clients are professional-services firms. If your work is regulated, reputational, or written, this practice was shaped on firms like yours.

BBOS, the operating-system engagement

BBOS runs your client communications continuously: it drafts voice-matched replies and files them into an approval queue your team clears in minutes. Nothing sends unreviewed.

BBOS is live for a UK legal-training business: 2,728 contacts, three of four automations firing voice-matched drafts into the approval queue, and a live sample-draft feature the client can trigger on demand. Setup invoiced at $3,000 and paid.

Answer Services

A measured AI answer layer on your own knowledge, behind a quality gate. It does not go live until it passes.

For a UK legal practice we built a legal answer service that scored 88% on its first litigation question set with no confident-wrong answers of law, and shipped behind a GDPR and DPA gate built as reversible code.

Projects of this shape have set up from 13 000 kr (meeting transcription into a CRM) to 45 000 kr (loan-document analysis). Each is scoped in a value conversation.

Voice & Meeting Agents

Agents that handle the phone and the meeting admin: prep before the call, transcripts into client timelines on a 30-minute timer, branded invites in one command, and a phone agent you can steer mid-call.

The phone agent runs in our own operation today. It rang a real phone, held the conversation, and took live steering from chat, verified on a real call in June 2026. The next step is hosting it inside client operations. We do not offer outbound marketing calls, and Norwegian law bounds automated calling to inbound, existing-customer, and business use.

The meeting side already runs our firm: transcripts land in client timelines on a 30-minute timer, and a Zoom invite with a branded confirmation goes out in one command.

Comms Intelligence

Your entire communications history (email, WhatsApp, meetings), searchable by meaning, in Norwegian and English, on your own server. Nothing leaves the building.

Our own deployment searches a full business corpus with measured Recall@5 of 0.93 on a Norwegian and English gold set, running zero-egress on our own hardware, fed by a read-only WhatsApp bridge.

The approval queue

This is the approval queue.

Drafts arrive on the left. A person approves, edits, or discards. The system learns nothing about sending without a human click. It is the same screen our client's team uses today.
